OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due in full before the first class.
A $35 non-refundable processing fee is included in the tuition.
A full refund by check will be issued upon request, provided the request is submitted via email right after the first scheduled class.
Partial refund via check (excluding hours taught) is issued upon request before the 5th class.
Partial refund via a voucher (excluding hours taught) is issued upon request anytime after the 5th class.

We recognize that scheduling conflicts can arise. To accommodate this, classes may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours' notice is provided directly to the instructor prior to the scheduled lesson.
Unattended classes without a 24 hours notice will be fully charged.
