2025-2026 Classes Begin the week of September 20

Abjadiyah offers Arabic classes for children of all ages and proficiency levels in the Washington DC area, every Saturday morning from 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM. Since 2006, our flexible program has welcomed learners with or without prior Arabic knowledge, tailoring lessons to each child’s needs. Classes begin in mid-September and the academic year is divided into three sessions:

• Fall موسَم الرّمّان
• Winter موسَم الليمون  
• Spring Sessions موسَم اللّوْز

While Abjadiyah Language Program is not affiliated with Ss. Peter & Paul Church, we are very grateful to its administration for the support and allowing us to rent the facilities.

Abjadiyah’s trusted Saturday program, running since 2006, is now online since January 2020. Available for students ages 5-15, these engaging weekday classes offer a fun journey into Arabic language, culture, and heritage, with two 1-hour sessions per week. Our flexible program accommodates all proficiency levels—no prior knowledge required. MIN-BAYTI is perfect for families who:

•  Your child has Saturday commitments (sports or other activities) 
•  You live far from our DC-area location 
•  You're located in another state

If your child’s Saturday mornings are packed or you live in another city, Abjadiyah brings the classroom to you! Schedule a personalized 1-on-1 online classes, (very limited availability for the 1-on-1 in-person classes in the DC area) at your convenience using our advanced online learning platform.
